Mrs Pasta was established in 2004 in Downtown Miami by the Italian Entrepreneur Umberto Costa, who still now owns and manages the Company.

The Factory is now located at 220 SW 31st Street
Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315.

The Company’s target has always been the finest quality: we only use the best available products to make our pasta: only Durum Flour, premium Semolina, Eggs, Meat & Poultry, Seafood, Cheese.

Mrs. Pasta’s production is inspected and certified by USDA (United States Department of Agriculture – Est. 45764) and FDA.
